Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches

| Williams- Somona sells these cute Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich kits (sandwich maker + recipe) ; I'm not sure if they're still available, but you can probably find them on Amazon. So here's the deal: my mom's friend let me borrow her kit to see if I could make them. She said she tried & her friend tried, but didn't have much success. So I gave it a try... |

| They were quite a success! I think what made it easier is that I melted the chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave opposed to the double boiling method the recipe says. Still, they took me about 2-3 hours to make. You can find the recipe here. Good luck making yours! Tell me if they were hard or easy to make or send a picture :) |
