| Paint your nail white. Dab some black polish on the piece of cardboard. |

| Dip the dotting tool into the black polish and draw dots onto your nails. |

| Draw dots on each finger and apply a clear coat. |

| Remove the glass from the frame. Place piece of fabric on top of cardboard from frame. Lay 2 ribbons across it. |

| Place in frame and secure. If you want, you can tape the ribbon ends to the cardboard. |

| It should look like this, but horizontal. |

| Clip your accessories to it. |

| You can print this image out in whatever size you want, or you can create your own template. Mine is about 2 inches long and one inch tall. |

| Glue gun, mustache cut out in felt and cardstock, necklace chain, and needle n' thread. |
 |
| Sew the cardstock mustache to the necklace chain. |
 |
| Hot glue the felt mustache on top of the cardstock. |
 |
| Ta-da! It's so cute! |
