My mom's friend gave me a flag to upcycle into something fabulous...
Here is the result!
I added navy blue cotton fabric from Joann's to lengthen it and white pom-pom trim to either end.
Sorry, I don't have a tutorial for it because I honestly didn't think it would turn out!
