DIY Sparkly New Year's Nails

A DIY tutorial for an awesome sparkly nail design! Happy 2013!

Difficulty: ♥ ♥  ♥ ♥
Supplies:
+ a light neutral nail polish

+ 3 fun nail polish colors

  + thin paintbrush

  + glitter polish
  + top coat

Paint nails with the light neutral color. OATMEAL :: Love & Beauty
Using the thin brush, draw small strokes on the nail, but not all the way, using your first color. Let dry. I NEED A REFRESH-MINT :: Wet & Wild
Repeat the previous step with another bright color. Uneven and quick strokes look/work best. Let dry. MAGENTA :: Love & Beauty
Repeat with last color. Let dry!!! VERTIGO :: Chanel
If you're already frustrated, you can stop here & add a top coat.
But... I added some glitter, let that dry, then sealed it off with a topcoat. SILVER GLITTER :: LA Colors
