Chiffon Flower Sandals

These easy flower shoe clips give boring sandals a makeover!

Supplies:

• needle n' thread
• 1/8 yd of chiffon or organza
• scissors
• boring pair of sandals
• opt- pin back or blank shoe clip, felt square & glue gun

1. Watch this video to learn to make 2 flowers (skip to 5:09)
2. Now you may choose to sew the flowers onto your sandals or make them removable- see step 3
3. To make the flowers removable, heat up your glue gun and glue a small felt square to the back of the flower.
4. Hot glue the pin back or shoe clip to the felt and pin to your shoes. You can make several pairs of flowers and change them to match your outfit!

Supplies needed

• River Rocks
• Acrylic paint
• small paintbrushes
• Clear matte Spray (opt.)

Gather the kiddies to make this cute paperweight or garden decoration.

1. Paint a basecoat on a rock. I used blue.
2. Now, paint stripes, polka dots, etc. in a similar color. I used green.
3. With black acrylic paint, write a cute message like "Dad rocks!'
4. (opt.)- You can spray the rock with clear matte spray to protect the design once it's dry.

5. Small River Rocks
   
   
   

   Once you master this design, you and your little ones can paint ladybugs, flowers, soccer balls, and anything else you can imagine!
6. Helpful Hints- Make sure you lay out an old tablecloth and wear aprons.
